We live in a consumer society, where we are always purchasing, sending, distributing or collecting items. These items always need to get from one location to another. Depending on where the item is going, there are precautions one can take in order to ensure the best possible arrival for the mail once it comes.
In order to provide efficient and uninterrupted mail delivery, please ensure:
- your walkway is free of obstacles and is cleared of ice and snow in the winter
- dogs are well restrained
- your mailbox or mail slot is in good working condition and does not have any sharp edges
- your compartment is emptied on a regular basis
- you keep your keys in a safe place
- you make copies of your compartment keys in the event that the originals are misplaced or lost
